Shipping Methods and Carriers

Domestic U.S. shipments typically use USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. Shipments to Canada are handled via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Expedited. For international shipments (excluding Canada), we use UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS First Class International, depending on destination and cost efficiency.


Order Processing Time

Each item is custom made to order. Typical processing time is 2–3 business days before shipment.


Shipping Times

Estimated transit times by carrier and method:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–8 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
  • UPS Standard (Canada): 2–5 business days
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2–5 business days
  • USPS First Class International: varies by destination

If you require delivery by a certain date, it’s your responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

If a faster shipping method is needed after your order is placed (and it hasn’t shipped yet), we can issue a separate invoice for the shipping upgrade.

If the upgrade invoice isn’t paid within 24 hours and your order is ready, it may ship using the original method to avoid further delays.

Once a package is in transit, we cannot change the shipping method, cancel the order, or guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you’re unsure which shipping option to choose, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and carrier rates.

U.S. orders over $75 automatically qualify for free shipping.

Note: Free shipping applies to retail orders for personal use. Bulk or commercial orders do not qualify for free shipping and will be quoted individually.


International Shipping

Faintest Ink ships worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees required by their country for receiving the item.

We are not liable for customs fees under any circumstances. Products refused due to customs charges and returned to us will not be refunded.

Customers may choose to repurchase shipping to have the item resent. If no action is taken within 30 days, the returned item will be discarded.


Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided shortly after the order ships.

Please note:

  • It may take time for tracking updates to appear once a label is created.
  • USPS First Class International shipments may have limited or no tracking.
  • For full tracking visibility on international orders, we recommend choosing UPS.

Shipping Restrictions

There are no specific shipping restrictions.

If a package is returned for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), a new shipping label will need to be purchased before the order can be resent.


Delayed, Damaged, Lost, or Seized Items

While Faintest Ink is not typically responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost items once they have been shipped, we understand these situations are frustrating and will do our best to help resolve them.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, tracking and delivery updates are managed by the carrier directly.

If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first for the most up-to-date information — and then notify us. We’ll assist with follow-up and, when applicable, file a claim on your behalf.

In rare cases where a package is seized or held due to label verification or carrier error, we will:

  • Investigate the issue with the carrier
  • Keep you informed of progress
  • Provide a replacement set of magnets (as outlined in our Refund Policy — refunds are not issued in these situations)
  • Use alternative carriers when necessary to avoid repeated issues

While replacements are always prioritized, some delays may be unavoidable due to carrier investigations and processing times.
