At Faintest Ink, we take great pride in the quality of our custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.
By placing an order with Faintest Ink, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

NO RETURNS
As all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all photos are cropped, positioned, and edited correctly before completing their purchase. We cannot be held liable for errors made during the photo-upload process, including incorrect cropping, alignment, or placement of images.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We maintain strict quality control standards and carefully review all submitted materials before production. However, it is your responsibility to:
- Submit high-quality, clear photos
- Double-check all custom text for accuracy
- Verify all order details before submitting

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order due to a mistake made by Faintest Ink (e.g., incorrect order, manufacturing defect), we will offer a replacement set free of charge. The replacement will be shipped using the same method as the original order. For international orders, this will most likely be USPS First Class International and may not include a tracking number. If you need to expedite the replacement set, please contact us.
Before the new set is shipped, we will send you a proof of your photos for your approval. Once approved, the new set will be shipped. Any issues with the replacement set provided by Faintest Ink will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a replacement as outlined above. This policy also applies to gift cards and any expedited service fees that may be offered.
For Custom/Wholesale Orders exceeding $1,000 USD that include a 3.5% processing fee for credit/debit card payments, this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for magnets where photos were improperly cropped, positioned, or edited by the customer before checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all photos are uploaded and cropped correctly, with proper alignment and positioning within the provided crop guides, before completing their purchase. Due to the automated nature of our production process, we rely on the customer's approval of their photos at the time of order submission.
EXPEDITED SERVICES
When expedited services are available and you opt for such services, please note that these fees are non-refundable. While expedited processing may place your order in a separate queue for faster production, shipping methods must be selected and upgraded separately to ensure timely delivery. We advise contacting us prior to ordering with any time-sensitive requests so we can determine the best options for your needs.
NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges since all items are custom-made.
RETURNED ITEMS
Faintest Ink does not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we understand that an item may be returned automatically by the carrier. If an item is returned by the carrier, it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange for reshipping. You will have 30 days to purchase a new label to reship your order back to you if it was returned by the carrier; otherwise, it will be discarded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As all our products are custom-made, there are no items eligible for return or refund.
